Cleaning & Care

Mr. Marco's Fine Jewelry is made of precious metals that are delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and to keep it looking its best please follow these care instructions:

Take off your jewelry before daily rituals - showering, lotion, perfume, hairspray, washing dishes, exercising, gardening, etc.
Before bed lay your jewelry out on a soft fabric surface to avoid any tangling and/or scratching. For necklaces remember to clasp the necklace before laying it down.
To clean your fine jewelry use the polishing cloth that comes in your order or you can purchase our jewelry cleaner. We do not recommend an ultra sonic unless it is by a jeweler.
Do not clean any gemstones, pearls, or opals with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

Warranty & Refund

All items can be exchanged or given in store credit within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
We do not refund shipping
Store credit may be used towards purchases on mrmarcosjewelers.com or a custom piece of jewelry.
All custom jewelry is final sale.
All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Items will be inspected upon receipt and subject to approval of a refund.
Any item returned showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and sent back at the sender's expense.
Due to the variety of ring sizes, all rings ordered online will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All custom jewelry deposits are non-refundable. Should you decide you no longer want the item you will forfeit your deposit. A deposit of 20% is required for custom orders.
Items that are engraved/embossed, customized such as initials, lettering, birthstones, and custom sizes are final sale.
Any item purchased that is not "as is" is considered a custom order and is a final sale.
All accessory items are final sale.
