If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 2 days of receiving your item. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in excellent condition and with all paperwork to ensure that you receive a full in-store credit. Shipping cost to return item is the consumer's responsibility and must be insured.

Any item purchased from Mr. Marcos Jewelers, INC. has a free one year warranty protecting our consumers. Warranty covers any manufacture defect.
