If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 2 days of receiving your item. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in excellent condition and with all paperwork to ensure that you receive a full in-store credit. Shipping cost to return item is the consumer's responsibility and must be insured.
Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable.
Items on sale are non-returnable/refundable.
Items stated non-returnable/refundable are not eligible for this return policy

Any item purchased from Mr. Marcos Jewelers, INC. has a free one year warranty protecting our consumers. Warranty covers any manufacture defect. Any modification or alteration by another jeweler will void this warranty. Warranty DOES NOT cover jewelry that is not worn responsibly or that is purposely damaged.
This policy does not apply to center diamonds or gemstones over .12ct.

Please keep in mind that fine jewelry is precious and should be taken care of properly.

Only use jewelry cleaner that specifically says that it is safe to use on your gemstone and/or diamond.
